Access Your habi Device Data

Securely access data generated by your connected habi devices through our Data Access API, provided in line with the requirements of the EU Data Act.

The EU Data Act

The EU Data Act is a regulation governing how data generated by connected products is made available, including to the users of those products. Habi publishes a machine-readable API specification, built using the OpenAPI standard, as part of our approach to meeting these requirements.

Here you can authenticate and call the available endpoints directly from your browser.

SECTION 3 — GETTING STARTED

To begin using the API:

1. Open the OpenAPI
2. Expand POST /login and select Try it out.
3. Enter your Habi Smart Home account email and password in the request body, then select Execute.
4. Copy the access_token returned in the response.
5. Select Authorize, paste the token into the field provided, then select Authorize and Close.
6. You can now call the authenticated endpoints listed in the documentation using your account’s bearer token.
