Approved merchants, retailers, wholesalers or distributors may sell Habi products. The contact details of such merchants, retailers, wholesalers or distributors may be displayed on our website. What We Collect and How We Use Your Personal Data
Habi collects personal data from you when you browse or use this website, interact with our social media platforms, attend our sales and marketing events, enter a competition or use a gift card or voucher and during the normal course of doing business. Some of this personal data is information you give us, some is information we observe, some we create and some is given to us by third parties such as where you make a warranty enquiry and we use information provided to us by the retailer you bought the device from to help resolve the issue.
Habi will collect and process your information when we have one or more of these reasons:
Legitimate Interests include commercial interests such as the interest we have in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. Where we rely on legitimate interests the processing we do must be necessary for that legitimate interest. Sharing of Personal Data and Locations of Processing
Habi will only share personal data with others when we are legally permitted to do so.
Habi is part of a global company with subsidiaries and affiliates across Asia, North America and Europe supporting our business activities including the provision of technical support to users. We also use third party data processors to process personal data on our behalf who help provide and support our products and services.
Some third party data processors are based in a different country or are part of an international organization.
