Competition Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Salus Controls PLC. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05057362 and have our registered office at Units 8-10 Northfield Forge Way, Parkgate, Rotherham, Yorkshire, England, S60 1SD (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary to participate.
To enter:
- Scan the QR code at the event or visit the entry webpage.
- Provide your name, email address and select how you would describe yourself.
- Consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter is required to complete your entry.
- Only one standard entry per person is permitted.
4. Entry Period
- The competition opens on Thursday, September 25th, 2025 at 13:00 BST and closes on Sunday, September 28th, 2025 at 23:59 BST.
- Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
5. Prizes
- There are three (3) prizes available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
- Prizes will consist of technology-related products, as outlined at the point of entry or display.
- Prizes are provided free of charge and are not covered by any warranties, guarantees, or after-sales support from the Promoter.
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once dispatched.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the condition, functionality, compatibility, or lifespan of any prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Prizes are subject to availability at the time of award.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within 30 days of the competition closing.
- If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- If an entry is found to be invalid, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to void that entry and re-draw a winner at its sole discretion.
7. Marketing Consent
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
- Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting the Promoter directly.
- Marketing communications will continue until the entrant unsubscribes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Data Protection
The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at www.habismarthome.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Data will only be used for:
- Administering the competition
- Delivering marketing communications (if consented to)

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or amend the competition without notice due to unforeseen circumstances
- Disqualify any entrant suspected of breaching these terms or attempting to manipulate the entry process
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of its obligations under this competition where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, technical failures, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or governmental action. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition without liability.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
