15. App Distribution Platforms
15.1 Our mobile applications are distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective usage and privacy terms.
15.2 Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the operation, functionality, or maintenance of our app and are not parties to any contract between you and Habi.
15.3 By downloading our app from these platforms, you acknowledge and accept that certain metadata may be collected directly by Apple or Google, including crash reports, usage analytics, and device identifiers.
