Based on user feedback and our testing, some pairing failures may be related to the Apple Home app or iCloud data. To resolve this, follow the steps below:

          1. Reset the device according to the habi user manual.
          2. Create a new Home in the Apple Home app, for example, “My New Home”.
          3. Switch your Home to “My New Home” and try to add the device.
          4. If the device is successfully added, delete the “My New Home”.
          5. Do not reset the habi device, and try to add the device again by scanning or manually inputting the code in your Primary Home. The chances of adding the device will be relatively high.
